1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Navo WhatsApp Cloud, you agree to these terms. You are responsible for using the platform in accordance with applicable laws, policies, and the permissions assigned to your account.
2. No Meta or WhatsApp affiliation
Navo WhatsApp Cloud is an independent product. We are not certified by, partnered with, or otherwise affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or WhatsApp Inc. Any future integration with the WhatsApp Business Platform will comply with Meta's applicable terms.
3. Accounts and roles
Each account belongs to one platform role - User, Admin, Developer, or Super Admin - assigned and verified by the backend. You may not attempt to escalate your own role or access panels outside your assigned role.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access to other workspaces, or interfere with the security features described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated revision date.
